# How many cards can I create?

How many loyalty cards you can have active at once depends on your plan.

- Free plan: one active card, with no limit on customers.
- Pro plan: one active card, with no limit on customers.
- Business plan: several active cards at once, for example a separate card for each store or for a new offer.
- Free trial: one active card.

Some older accounts have several active cards on Pro too. **Billing** shows what your own plan includes.

## If you hit the limit

You can retire an older card in Cards → Manage cards to free up a slot, or open **Billing** to see which plan lets you run more cards at once. Retiring a card can't be undone, so read [Retire a card](https://www.favecard.co/en/help/deactivate-card/) first.
