# Can I delete a survey response?

Survey responses cannot be deleted or edited from the dashboard. They are kept as a record of the feedback your customers left.

## What you can do

- View all responses under Engage → Surveys.
- Pause or archive a survey if you no longer want to collect new responses. Archiving hides the survey but keeps its past responses.
