# Employee roles and permissions

Employee accounts are part of the **Business** plan and are included in the free trial. Free and Pro are single-user accounts, so the roles below apply on Business, during the free trial and on Pro accounts that have employee accounts.

FaveCard currently has two roles:

- Admin (owner): full access to the dashboard, including cards, customers, campaigns, billing, and employees. For now there is one admin per account.
- Employee: signs in to the FaveCard mobile app to scan customer cards and give stamps. Employees don't have access to billing or account settings.

## Changing a role

Roles can't be edited in the dashboard yet, and new employees are added as staff. More detailed roles and permissions are on the way. If you need a specific change, for example giving someone admin access, contact support and we'll set it up for you.

## Adding or removing staff

Go to Employees to invite a new employee, or open an employee to remove them.
