Customers can use their loyalty card in a browser without adding it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. You can also find their existing card and give stamps directly in the FaveCard mobile app.

## How customers reopen their card

The card email contains a personal link to the customer's existing card. Ask the customer to open that link in their browser. They can bookmark the page for their next visit.

## Which email should the customer look for?

The card email uses your business’s default language in FaveCard. Changing the customer’s phone or browser language does not change this email. If a translation for the business language is unavailable, the email uses English.

For a business using English:

- **Sender name:** your business name.
- **Sender address:** **hello@notify.favecard.co**.
- **Subject:** **[card name] — Your card is ready**. The first part is the name of your loyalty card.
- **Button inside:** **View your card**.

Ask the customer to search their inbox for **hello@notify.favecard.co** or **Your card is ready**, then tap **View your card**. This opens their existing card in a browser, where they can see their stamps. Adding it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet is not required for browser access.

The subject and button follow the business language. The sender address stays the same. If the email is hard to find, check the inbox and spam or junk folder for the address used at signup.

## Check the email address at signup

Ask customers to double-check their email address before submitting the signup form, including the spelling and the part after **@**. They should use an inbox they can access. The card email is sent to the address entered at signup. If that address is wrong, the message will not reach their intended inbox.

If signup completed and the card was created, a typo in the email address does not remove the card or its stamps. You can still find the existing card in the FaveCard mobile app: tap **Find a customer card...**, search by the customer's first name, select the customer, and open their card to give a stamp. You can also search by the email address actually entered at signup, even if it contains a typo. Searching for the correct email will not find a card saved under a different, mistyped address.

## Find and stamp a card at the counter

1. Open the FaveCard mobile app for your business.
2. On the home screen, tap **Find a customer card...**.
3. Enter the customer's first name or the email address they used at signup. If a name does not find them, try the signup email.
4. Select the matching customer. Confirm their email if several people have the same name.
5. Under **Customer cards**, open the appropriate existing card.
6. Add the stamp from the card screen as usual.

You do not need to ask the customer for an ID, scan their phone, or create another card. This works even if they cannot find the email or have not added their card to a wallet.

## Help a customer open their card when the email is missing

After finding and opening their card in the mobile app:

1. Tap **Show customer their card** if that option is visible.
2. Tap **Show QR code**.
3. Ask the customer to scan the code on your phone using their phone camera.
4. Their existing card opens in their browser. They can bookmark it for later.

If you do not see this option, you can still add a stamp from the card screen. Contact support for help with access to the customer's browser card.

A missing email does not mean the card or its stamps were lost. If the email remains missing, contact support through FaveCard and identify the affected customer privately so delivery can be checked. Do not register them with a different email just to replace the missing message.

## Which link should I share?

The link from **Cards → Manage cards → Share** and your public business page let people join your loyalty program. They are not a specific customer's personal link to their existing card. To reopen an existing card, use the link in that customer's card email or the QR code shown from their individual card in the mobile app.

## Find a customer in the dashboard

Open **Customers**, search or filter the list, and open the customer profile to view details and activity. If you have multiple cards, filter by card. Use the mobile app steps above to award a stamp at the counter.
