# What Free, Pro and Business include

Every new account starts with a free 30-day trial of the paid features. After that, what you keep depends on the plan you choose. You can compare plans in **Billing**.

## The free trial

- It lasts 30 days from the day you sign up. The sidebar of the dashboard shows how many days are left.
- It includes Apple Wallet and Google Wallet cards, your logo and banner, employee accounts, and the Business tools listed below.
- It doesn't include more than one active card, or adding stamps from the dashboard.
- Accounts that started before the 30-day trial keep the trial they started with: it ends when their 30th customer joins. See [How many customers can join on the Free plan?](https://www.favecard.co/en/pricing/)

## What Free includes

- One active loyalty card, with no limit on customers or stamps
- Cards that customers receive by email and open in a browser
- The FaveCard mobile app to scan cards, add stamps and mark rewards as used
- Your business page with your contact buttons, social links and custom links

## What Pro includes

- Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes for new customers
- Your logo and banner on the card
- Custom stamp icons
- One active stamp card, with no limit on customers
- Every customer's first name, email, and birthday
- Adding stamps from the dashboard
- A cover photo on your business page

Some older accounts have several active cards on Pro too. **Billing** shows what your own plan includes.

Pro is a single-user plan: it covers you, the account owner. It doesn't include employee accounts, though some Pro accounts have them (see [How many users can I have?](https://www.favecard.co/en/pricing/)).

## What needs the Business plan

- Several active stamp cards at once, for example one for each store
- Team accounts (employee logins), with unlimited employees
- Kiosk mode, where customers stamp themselves
- Campaigns
- Birthday automation
- Google review requests
- All survey responses with rating stats
- Extra signup form fields, such as phone number
- CSV customer export
- Content on your business page: menu, products, services, portfolio, updates and events

Google review requests are not part of Pro.

## Your business page on each plan

- **Every plan, including Free:** your business page, contact buttons such as **Call us**, social links and custom links.
- **Pro and Business:** a cover photo.
- **Business:** content such as a menu, products, services, portfolio, updates and events.

The free trial includes all of these.

## If a feature is locked

Open Billing to review your plan and compare what each plan includes. If you believe a feature should be available on your plan, contact support from the dashboard.
