# Can I import my existing customers?

Customers add your loyalty card themselves, so there is no bulk database import. Instead of uploading a customer list, you invite your existing customers to install the card.

## How to bring your existing customers on

1. Share your card link or QR code with them, in-store, by message, on social media, or on receipts.
2. Each customer installs the card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
3. From their next visit, scan the card to give stamps.

## Give returning customers a head start

When you create a card, you can start new customers with 1 or 2 free stamps, so loyal customers don't feel like they're starting from zero.
