Pro and Business can't be bought in every country yet. Where they aren't available, your account continues on the Free plan and your loyalty card keeps working.

## Countries where you can buy a paid plan

Paid plans are available to businesses based in these countries:

- **European Union:** Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
- **Rest of Europe:** Albania, Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Norway, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom.
- **Americas:** Barbados, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Cayman Islands, Mexico, United States.
- **Asia and the Pacific:** Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Brunei, Georgia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, Nepal, New Zealand, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Türkiye, Vietnam.
- **Africa:** Cameroon, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

If your country isn't listed here or in the next section, for example Brazil or Bolivia, paid plans aren't available there yet.

## Latin America and the Gulf: the Business plan for registered businesses

Businesses registered for VAT (IVA, IGV or ITBIS) in these countries can apply for the Business plan, paid once a year in US dollars: Argentina, Bahrain, Chile, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Oman, Peru, United Arab Emirates and Uruguay. Not every tax regime qualifies: Billing says which one your business needs, and we check it before you pay. Pro and monthly payment aren't offered there.

1. Open **Billing**. Instead of the usual plans, it shows **The Business plan for** your country.
2. Fill in your company details: legal name, tax ID, address including city and billing email.
3. Add the document from your tax office in PDF format, if your country needs one (see below). Tick the tax status declaration, the **terms for business customers** and that you may act for your company.
4. Choose **Send for review**. We check every request before any payment, usually within 12–24 hours, and email you the result.
5. If it's approved, choose **Pay by card** within 30 days to start the Business plan.

About 30 days before each yearly renewal, we email you to confirm your details.

In some countries your business also pays its tax office a tax on payments abroad, on top of the price. Billing tells you before you pay.

### What you need in each country

## What you see in Billing

If paid plans aren't available in your business country:

- The plan buttons in **Billing** can't be used, and you may see **We couldn't continue. Please try again.** Trying again won't change this.
- In a few countries, Billing shows **Paid plans are not available in your region** instead.
- If you choose such a country when you confirm your business country before paying, you see **Paid plans aren't available in [country] yet**. There you can choose **Notify me when paid plans are available** to get an email when that changes.

## What you can do

- Keep using FaveCard on the Free plan. Your card, stamps and rewards keep working, and new customers can still join. To see what changes when the free trial ends, read [How many customers can join on the Free plan?](https://www.favecard.co/en/pricing/)
- A paid subscription you already have isn't affected.
- If FaveCard has the wrong country for your business, choose **My business country is different** when you confirm your business country before paying. If the plan buttons can't be used, contact support from the dashboard and tell us where your business is based.
