Yes. A FaveCard loyalty card is reusable. When a customer collects all the stamps on their card, the same card keeps working for the next round. You do not need to create a new card or send a new link.

## What happens when the card is full

A customer keeps collecting stamps until the card is full. They do not have to redeem their reward to keep going. Once the card is full, the next stamp you add starts a new cycle, and that stamp counts, so the new cycle already begins with one stamp. It is the same card, in the same Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with the same link.

## Rewards can be redeemed at any time

Collecting stamps and redeeming rewards are separate. A reward the customer has earned stays available, so they can claim it whenever it suits them, even after a new cycle has started. This flexibility is intentional: customers are never forced to redeem on the spot just to continue.

## You do not need a new card

Create a new card only when you want to change the programme itself, for example a different reward or a different number of stamps. If a customer has simply finished their stamps, the existing card continues on its own.
