# Change the messages on your card

Your loyalty card shows a short message with the stamps, for example "Collect stamps and earn rewards!" or "You have a reward to claim!". You can change these messages at any time, also on a card customers already have.

## Steps

1. Open the FaveCard dashboard.
2. Go to **Cards → Manage cards** and click the card.
3. Find **Stamp messages**.
4. Change the messages you want (see below).
5. Click **Save changes**.

## What you can change

- **Stamps label:** the word next to the stamp counter, for example "Stamps".
- **Header label:** the title above the message, always shown in capital letters, for example "REWARDS" or "VIP CLUB".
- **Collecting stamps:** shown while the customer is collecting stamps.
- **Reward ready:** shown when the customer can claim a reward.
- **Multiple rewards at once:** shown when the customer has 2 or more rewards to claim.
- **Per-stamp overrides (optional):** a message for one particular stamp, for example the 4th.

For **Collecting stamps**, **Reward ready** and each per-stamp override, you can add up to 5 versions with **Add variant**. Each customer sees one of them, chosen at random. Each version can have up to 50 characters.

## Change the message at the last stamp

Use either of these:

- **Reward ready** changes the message every customer sees while a reward is waiting.
- **Per-stamp overrides (optional)** sets a message for one stamp. Click **Add stamp override**, choose the stamp, for example **Stamp 10**, and write the message. Stamps with a reward are marked with 🎁.

If you wrote a message for a reward when you created the card, it is already listed here as an override for that stamp. Edit it there, or click **Remove override**.

This changes only the text. The reward itself and the number of stamps can't be changed on an existing card. To change them, create a new card. See [Edit a card](https://www.favecard.co/en/help/edit-card/).

## When customers see the new text

Cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet show the new messages after the customer's next stamp. A card opened in a browser shows them the next time it is opened.
