# Update card logo and appearance

Your logo and visual settings affect how your loyalty card appears to customers.

## Update your logo

1. Open the dashboard.
2. Go to Settings or the logo upload page.
3. Upload your company logo.
4. Save the change.

## Update a card's appearance

1. Go to Cards → Manage cards.
2. Select a card.
3. Open Card Details.
4. Update the card appearance or banner settings.
5. Save your changes.

## When customers see the update

Wallet cards may not update instantly on every phone. Some visual changes refresh after a wallet update or after the customer receives the next stamp.
