Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your FaveCard Biz account and what happens to your data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the FaveCard Biz mobile app:

1. Open the FaveCard Biz app on your mobile device
2. Log in to your account
3. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
4. Tap “My Account”
5. Tap “Delete Account”
6. Confirm by tapping “Delete” in the confirmation dialog

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Your business information
• Your loyalty cards and programs
• Your transaction history
• All associated files and images

This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Data Retention

After account deletion:

• All personal data is removed immediately from our active systems
• Backup copies are purged within 30 days
• We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes

If you cannot log in to delete your account, please contact us:

• The email address associated with your account
• Reason for deletion request

We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.
