How FaveCard benchmarks work

  • Sources: aggregated, anonymised behavioural data from real small businesses using FaveCard. No customer-level identifiers; minimum bucket size of 50 cycles per published cell.
  • Cadence: each benchmark is re-run quarterly. Updates land on the same URL with an updated "Last updated" date; previous versions referenced in the methodology.
  • Licence: all benchmarks are published under Creative Commons BY 4.0. You can cite them freely; please link back.
