Is FaveCard really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan is free, with no time limit. It is not a trial. Your loyalty card works indefinitely with unlimited customers. Every new account starts with premium tools until the first 30 customers are on the card (custom logo, customer messages), but the Free plan itself has no expiry. What's the catch?
There is no catch. The Free plan includes everything you need to run a loyalty programme: stamps, rewards, unlimited customers, and a digital loyalty card (the Web Wallet). The paid plans add Apple & Google Wallet passes, your own logo on cards, custom stamp icons, full customer data, and customer messages to their phone. But Free is a complete product, not a demo.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. On the Free plan, customers get a digital loyalty card in their browser (the Web Wallet). On a paid plan, the card also installs into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. No download needed either way. Customers add your card with one tap on a QR code or link. No app store, no login, no account creation.
What happens after the premium access until the first 30 customers are on the card?
You choose: subscribe to a paid plan for your custom logo (and Business for customer messages), or stay on Free. Your customers' stamps and rewards are always preserved, so nothing is lost either way.
