Can I delete a survey response?
Whether survey responses can be removed or edited.
Survey responses cannot be deleted or edited from the dashboard. They are kept as a record of the feedback your customers left.
What you can do
- View all responses under Engage → Surveys.
- Pause or archive a survey if you no longer want to collect new responses. Archiving hides the survey but keeps its past responses.
Need a specific response removed?
If you need a particular response removed, for example because it contains personal data, contact support from the dashboard, tell us which response, and we will help.
