Download the FaveCard mobile app
How owners and employees use the mobile app.
You need the FaveCard mobile app to scan customer cards and award stamps in-store.
Steps
- Open the dashboard.
- Go to Mobile app or follow the app download step during onboarding.
- Install the app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in with the same FaveCard account you use for the dashboard.
- Scan a customer wallet card to give stamps.
Employees
Employees can also use the mobile app. Invite them from the dashboard so they can sign in with their own account.
