What is FaveCard?

FaveCard helps local businesses run a digital loyalty program with cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

Your customers add your loyalty card to their phone. Your team uses the FaveCard mobile app to scan customer cards and give stamps. The dashboard is where you manage cards, customers, campaigns, business settings, billing, and sharing links.

Main parts of FaveCard

• Dashboard: manage your loyalty program, cards, customers, campaigns, billing, and business page.
• Mobile app: scan customer cards and award stamps in-store.
• Customer wallet card: the loyalty card your customers keep in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
• Business page: a public page where customers can find and install your card.

What to do first

1. Complete onboarding in the dashboard.
2. Create your first loyalty card.
3. Install the FaveCard mobile app.
4. Try your card on your own phone.
5. Share the card link or QR code with customers.
