Invite an employee
How to invite staff to use FaveCard, and which plan includes employee accounts.
Invite employees so they can scan customer cards and award stamps from the mobile app.
Which plan you need
Employee accounts are part of the Business plan, and they are included in the free trial. On Free, only the account owner can sign in. Pro doesn’t include employee accounts, but some Pro accounts have them: if Employees in the dashboard lets you invite someone, yours does. If it asks you to unlock it with the Business plan, it doesn’t.

Steps
- Open the dashboard.
- Go to Employees.
- Click Invite employee.
- Enter the employee’s email address.
- Send the invitation.
- Ask the employee to accept the invite and install the FaveCard mobile app.
Tip
Employees should use their own login. Do not share the owner account password with staff.
