How many cards can I create?

How many loyalty cards you can have active at once depends on your plan.

• Free plan: one active card, with no limit on customers.
• Pro plan: one active card, with no limit on customers.
• Business plan: several active cards at once, for example a separate card for each store or for a new offer.
• Free trial: one active card.

Some older accounts have several active cards on Pro too. Billing shows what your own plan includes.

If you hit the limit

You can retire an older card in Cards → Manage cards to free up a slot, or open Billing to see which plan lets you run more cards at once. Retiring a card can’t be undone, so read Retire a card first.
