Update card logo and appearance
How to change visuals shown on wallet cards.
Your logo and visual settings affect how your loyalty card appears to customers.
Update your logo
- Open the dashboard.
- Go to Settings or the logo upload page.
- Upload your company logo.
- Save the change.
Update a card’s appearance
- Go to Cards → Manage cards.
- Select a card.
- Open Card Details.
- Update the card appearance or banner settings.
- Save your changes.
When customers see the update
Wallet cards may not update instantly on every phone. Some visual changes refresh after a wallet update or after the customer receives the next stamp.
