A FaveCard loyalty card can currently have up to 10 stamps in one reward cycle.

How to create a longer-feeling journey

You do not need 20 stamps to create more than one customer milestone. You can add rewards on different stamp positions within the same 10-stamp card. For example, you can give a small reward after 3 stamps and the main reward after 10 stamps.

Start customers with free stamps

When creating a card, you can start new customers with 1 or 2 free stamps. This makes the reward feel closer from the beginning and can make customers more likely to keep collecting. This is a common loyalty principle sometimes called the endowed progress effect: people are more motivated when they feel they have already made progress.

Recommendation

For most businesses, a shorter cycle with 5-10 stamps works better than a very long card. If you want a stronger program, use multiple rewards and one or two free starting stamps instead of making the goal much farther away.
