Can I import my existing customers?

Customers add your loyalty card themselves, so there is no bulk database import. Instead of uploading a customer list, you invite your existing customers to install the card.

How to bring your existing customers on

1. Share your card link or QR code with them, in-store, by message, on social media, or on receipts.
2. Each customer installs the card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
3. From their next visit, scan the card to give stamps.

Give returning customers a head start

When you create a card, you can start new customers with 1 or 2 free stamps, so loyal customers don’t feel like they’re starting from zero.
