Can I remove a stamp?
Why stamps cannot be undone, and what to do about an extra stamp.
Stamps cannot be removed or undone once they are added. A FaveCard loyalty card works like a paper stamp card: once a stamp is on a customer’s card, it belongs to the customer.
Why stamps are permanent
Customers keep their card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and count on the stamps they collected. Removing a stamp would feel unfair and would break trust in your loyalty program, so FaveCard does not allow it.
If you added a stamp by mistake
An extra stamp is usually harmless: the customer simply reaches the reward a little sooner, and most businesses just leave it. If the stamps went onto the wrong card, share your current card link so the customer uses the correct card from now on.
Can I reset all of a customer’s stamps?
No. Stamps can’t be reset or cleared either. You don’t need to: when a card is full, the next stamp starts a new round automatically. See Can I reset a customer’s stamps or points?
Changing your reward rules
If you want to change how many stamps a reward needs, create a new card with the new rules and share it with new customers. Existing customers keep their current card until they finish the reward they started.
